Nicolet Law Office is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of omnichannel marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility and generate leads across search, social, email, website, and content channels.

Responsibilities
- Form and implement integrated digital marketing plans that support growth targets and client acquisition goals
- Direct cross-channel campaigns spanning paid search, SEO, social, email, content, and the firm website
- Oversee paid media budgets, optimize allocation, and maximize return on investment across channels
- Identify opportunities to boost brand visibility, drive site traffic, generate leads, improve conversions, and retain clients
- Partner with department leaders and stakeholders to align marketing with firm-wide goals
- Monitor evolving trends, tools, platforms, and best practices to maintain competitiveness
- Hello audience targeting, A/B testing, and retargeting efforts to enhance performance
- Supervise website updates, UX improvements, and conversion rate optimization
- Create and implement SEO plans to raise organic rankings and attract qualified traffic
- Oversee content marketing efforts such as landing pages, video assets, case studies, and educational resources
- Ensure content complies with brand guidelines, legal requirements, and audience needs
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and agencies to develop and deliver effective marketing strategies and assets
- Create and execute social media strategies aligned with corporate and marketing goals
- Develop platform-specific content calendars for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Identify opportunities to boost brand visibility, audience engagement, and lead generation
- Keep current with industry trends, platform updates, and social media best practices
- Work with internal teams, videographers, designers, and stakeholders to produce engaging content
- Develop and maintain content calendars to ensure consistent brand messaging across channels
- Craft copy, captions, and campaign messaging that resonates with target audiences
- Oversee content publishing and scheduling using a social media management tool
- Monitor social channels and respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries
- Build online communities to strengthen brand loyalty and advocacy
- Manage reputation and assist with crisis communication when necessary
- Identify and implement AI tools and automation to enhance content creation, community management, reporting, and campaigns
- Establish best practices and quality control processes for AI-generated content to ensure brand consistency
- Stay informed on AI trends, platform updates, and industry best practices
- Track, analyze, and report on social performance metrics such as engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI
- Provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and content performance
- Conduct regular competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities and gaps
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of five years in digital marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, or related roles
- At least three years of experience managing direct reports and leading teams, with coaching and development capabilities
- Experience creating social media content directly, including copywriting, graphic design, short-form video production, photography, and video editing
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, paid advertising platforms, email marketing, marketing automation, and social media marketing
- Solid understanding of website optimization, user experience, and conversion rate optimization
- Excellent writing, communication, project management, and organizational skills
- Experience leveraging AI and automation tools within marketing functions is preferred
- Experience in legal, professional services, or other lead-generation oriented industries is a plus
