Job Description

At Amazon MGM Studios, the Creator Marketing Manager leads the strategy and planning of creator-driven marketing initiatives across its film and series titles. This role leverages data-driven insights to drive creator growth, raise brand awareness, and deepen engagement for both Amazon MGM Studios and Prime Video, with duties centered in Culver City on-site.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic frameworks to guide creator partnerships across multiple titles
  • Oversee selection and curation of creator content for titles
  • Work with brand leads to integrate title elements into creator content where appropriate, shaping a unified creator strategy for Amazon MGM Studios and Prime Video
  • Support initiatives to boost creator content through paid promotion
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal Prime Video series, film teams, and brand leads
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to influence differentiated plans that leverage influencer capabilities
  • Define KPIs and insights with internal and external partners to set benchmarks and goals
  • Manage relationships with contracted creators acting as title champions
  • Align creator partnerships with overarching brand initiatives
  • Act as the primary liaison between creators and internal title teams
  • Lead creator strategy development for assigned film and/or series titles
  • Design and implement activation plans for creators around key title campaigns
  • Coordinate strategies between global creator leads for respective titles
  • Represent creator marketing priorities in broader title strategy discussions
  • Collaborate with international teams to maintain a consistent creator title marketing approach
  • Facilitate cross-regional creator opportunities
  • Ensure global creator initiatives reflect local market needs

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent marketing campaigns
  • Experience working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
  • 4+ years of experience in film/series marketing and creator strategy
  • Experience with influencer/creator management in marketing campaigns
  • Understanding of the media and entertainment industry
  • Understanding of social media and creator ecosystems
  • Experience using data, metrics, and digital marketing tools to inform strategy
  • Proven ability to lead strategy and execution
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder communication skills
  • Experience developing repeatable creator formats on social
