Job Description
St. Jo Frontier Casino in Saint Joseph, Missouri is seeking a Casino Host focused on Marketing Player Development. This role centers on building enduring relationships with players to boost engagement, loyalty, and revenue through personalized service and proactive relationship management. The position emphasizes understanding guest preferences, coordinating promotions and events, and clear, effective communication to enhance the guest experience onsite.
Responsibilities
- Build and sustain relationships with assigned slot and table game players to strengthen loyalty and encourage repeat visits.
- Maintain regular contact with players via phone, email, and in-person interactions to share upcoming promotions, events, and property offerings.
- Welcome players on the casino floor and at special events, anticipate needs, and coordinate accommodations, amenities, and services.
- Host and attend events with designated guests, following up to ensure a personalized, positive experience.
- Manage discretionary complimentary services in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets and performance expectations set by management.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve both individual and team objectives.
- Maintain professionalism, discretion, and courtesy in all interactions, including guest arrangements and financial matters.
- Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and compliance with all gaming license requirements.
- Maintain flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Level II Missouri Gaming License.
- Effective English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic computer skills.
