Job Description

This full-time, on-site role supports bilingual intake, client evaluation, and marketing data-entry in Lubbock, TX.

Responsibilities

  • Assess potential client cases against established criteria to determine eligibility for further processing.
  • Collect and verify accident details, injury information, insurance data, police reports, and related records to support claim evaluation.
  • Handle inbound calls from prospective clients in coordination with fellow intake specialists.
  • Arrange and manage appointment and consultation scheduling between potential clients and staff.
  • Prepare and organize all intake paperwork for upcoming appointments and consultations.
  • Maintain accurate records in the contact management system and properly track status updates such as accepted or meeting scheduled.
  • Assist the marketing team with data-entry tasks and monitoring ongoing campaigns.
  • Provide administrative and project support for a range of marketing initiatives.
