Job Description

The Assistant Vice President of Marketing Operations will oversee the daily operational functions of the Marketing Department, driving campaign execution, vendor management, traditional media channels, and end-to-end marketing project workflows. This role supports member growth, product promotion, and brand consistency across One Nevada Credit Union's statewide branch footprint. The position is onsite in Las Vegas, NV, and requires a bachelor’s degree with at least three years of experience in marketing operations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across direct mail, outdoor, broadcast, print, and integrated initiatives.
  • Manage the master marketing calendar to align efforts across departments and branches.
  • Oversee campaign workflows from concept through deployment, including creative briefs, approvals, trafficking, and rollout.
  • Track timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics to support smooth execution.
  • Uphold brand standards and ensure regulatory compliance across all marketing materials.
  • Serve as primary liaison to advertising agencies, printers, mail houses, outdoor vendors, and media partners.
  • Negotiate vendor agreements and monitor service performance.
  • Manage the marketing operations budget and related expenses.
  • Identify efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities within marketing processes.
  • Leverage artificial intelligence tools to support content creation, automation, analytics, and workflow optimization.
  • Establish responsible and effective AI usage standards within marketing operations.
  • Partner with the Senior Vice President, Marketing to implement strategies supporting Lending, Retail, Member Services, and Insurance.
  • Manage traditional channel strategies including direct mail, outdoor, and broadcast scheduling.
  • Collaborate with digital marketing partners to ensure integrated campaign delivery.
  • Coordinate with Compliance and Legal to ensure regulatory adherence.
  • Support branch-level marketing initiatives across all locations.
  • Assist with marketing reporting, forecasting, and budget analysis.
  • Recommend operational and process improvements.
  • Develop reporting systems for campaign performance and operational effectiveness.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, performance management, and development for assigned staff.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of traditional marketing channels (direct mail, outdoor, broadcast, print production).
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing integration and financial services marketing.
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards within financial institutions.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools for content development, analytics, automation, and reporting.
  • Skilled in vendor negotiation, contract management, and project workflow coordination.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
  • Proficient in marketing project management software and PC-based systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Leadership abilities, including coaching, performance management, and team development.
  • Ability to maintain effective working relationships at all levels.
  • Bachelor's degree.
