Adjunct Instructor- Marketing

Beal University is expanding its online Business Programs with a part-time, remote adjunct instructor in Marketing. This role centers on delivering thoughtful, practical instruction to a non-traditional student population, conducted within a flexible online environment. A Doctorate in Marketing and several years of marketing experience are required to guide students through theory and real-world application.

Responsibilities

• Facilitating class instruction
• Providing advisement to students
• Attending and participating in instructor orientations and trainings

Requirements

• PhD Required
• Minimum of a Master's Degree focused in Marketing
• Minimum of 4 years of experience working in the Marketing field
• Demonstrated command of theory and practice, contemporary knowledge, and continuing study in an appropriate field(s)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Organizational and time management skills
• Superb interpersonal, observational, and communication skills
• Patient, understanding and empathetic, recognizing that the student population is non-traditional
