Account Executive, Experiential Marketing
Job Description
Publicis Groupe Holdings B.V is expanding its experiential marketing practice in Los Angeles with an Account Executive focused on culinary, golf, and hospitality driven experiences. This role blends sponsorship program development, on-site event leadership, and cross-functional collaboration, with daily client interaction and a hands-on approach to mentoring junior staff and supporting senior colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement national sponsorship initiatives, including planning, negotiations, contract development, and execution across hospitality and advertising components.
- Deliver innovative programs that meet client objectives and appeal to dealers, owners, and prospects to elevate brand visibility and perception.
- Coordinate travel and oversee on-site event planning and management.
- Administrative duties include supervising and mentoring junior staff, delegating tasks, and supporting senior team members.
- Contribute to internal Team One projects.
Requirements
- Two to four years of experience in an advertising agency, public relations firm, experiential marketing, or a related environment is required.
- Experience or familiarity with at least two of the following areas is preferred: culinary, golf, hospitality, or luxury lifestyle environments.
- Experience collaborating with partners, talent, venues, or events in these spaces is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
