Job Description

What we offer A boutique, locally owned full-service residential brokerage in Lexington, KY, backed by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. This part-time, onsite role supports roughly 40 agents with marketing, branding, and administrative tasks, delivering a collaborative, white-glove service culture. You will earn $15.00 - $25.00 per hour, work about 7.5 hours per week, and contribute to a team that helps agents stay focused on selling real estate. You will also be the first impression our office makes for clients, vendors, and visitors, reflecting professionalism and initiative in every interaction.

Location: Lexington, KY onsite. Employment type: part time.

Responsibilities

  • Support approximately 40 sales agents with marketing and administrative needs in a high-volume environment
  • Design and produce property flyers, brochures, open house materials, and direct mail pieces using Canva
  • Send personalized ecards and client communications on behalf of agents
  • Manage and update agent contact lists and CRM databases
  • Prepare custom marketing packages for listings — print and digital — that reflect brand standards and each agent's personal brand
  • Input new listings into the Imagine MLS with accuracy and speed
  • Assist agents with day-to-day requests in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment where priorities shift quickly
  • Create and publish content for company pages on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, X, and Google Business — listings, solds, market updates, agent spotlights, and community posts
  • Produce short-form video and Reels — property walkthroughs, market updates, and branded content — edited with Canva, CapCut, FinalCut Pro, or Instagram tools
  • Write clear, engaging copy for posts in a voice consistent with a premium real estate brand
  • Build agent-branded content packages — templated market updates and listing/sold graphics for agent posting
  • Maintain a consistent posting calendar across company channels

Requirements

  • Canva proficiency with the ability to create polished, on-brand marketing materials beyond templates
  • Google Workspace experience (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets) you use confidently
  • Hands-on social media creation experience — graphics, video, and copy for business; portfolio requested
  • Previous support for a sales team or group of producers; ability to manage competing priorities and stay calm under pressure
  • Professional written and verbal communication reflecting a premium brand
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document management
