Retail Marketing and Sales Associate

Join Lakeshore Advertising Inc in a full-time, in-person W-2 Retail Marketing and Sales Associate role in Chagrin Falls, OH. You will represent national brands inside partnered retail locations across the greater Cleveland area. This position combines customer engagement with hands-on sales support, backed by paid training, ongoing coaching, and a supportive, team-oriented environment where you can grow your skills in sales, marketing, and customer relations.

Compensation is built around consistency and performance. Expect a weekly base pay of $700–$900, with bonus opportunities available based on schedule and results. You will also receive a weekly pay structure, supporting regular, predictable income. Full-time hours typically range from 30–40 hours per week.

What you’ll do

• Engage customers inside partnered retail locations and represent national brands professionally
• Educate customers on current products, services, and promotions
• Answer questions and help customers choose options that fit their needs
• Support basic sign-ups or documentation when applicable
• Maintain a professional in-store presence
• Work with your team to help meet daily and weekly goals
• Provide friendly, reliable customer service
