Product Operations Manager, International Brand Ads - Tentpole Marketing
Job Description
This hybrid role in San Jose, CA focuses on international Brand Ads tentpole marketing, owning global product operations, revenue planning, GTM strategy, and cross-functional execution. You will collaborate with sales to identify tentpole opportunities from key accounts, translate cross-vertical client needs into scalable tentpole marketing solutions, and drive their implementation. You will develop and operationalize AI powered packaging tools to improve the efficiency and quality of package solution generation for faster sales support, and you will optimize revenue tracking processes. The Global Creative Planning team drives advertiser success by blending global frameworks with localized execution, aiming to make product a growth engine for the TikTok advertising business. Responsibilities
- Own global product operations for tentpole marketing strategy, including revenue goal setting, opportunity sizing, product inventory assessment, GTM planning, and cross-functional execution.
- Partner closely with sales teams to identify tentpole marketing opportunities from key accounts, analyze common client needs across verticals, translate insights into scalable tentpole marketing solutions and use cases, and drive the implementation of related solutions.
- Develop and operationalize AI powered packaging tools to improve the efficiency and quality of package solution generation, enabling faster and more scalable sales support.
- Optimize online systems and policy to ensure a smooth and efficient revenue tracking process.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in brand advertising, product operations, product management, business operations, or related areas.
- This hybrid role combines operations and product solution design. Ability to identify business needs, design system solutions, work closely with engineering, drive development and launch, and manage the full GTM process from planning to execution.
- Strong communication and data analysis skills. Able to quickly understand complex business contexts, identify key issues, manage risks, and drive cross-functional alignment.
- Comfortable working in a global environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams across different regions and cultures.
- Product management experience is preferred.
