Outside Sales and Marketing Rep

This Outside Sales and Marketing position supports the growth of expanding home health care and private pay home care services in Enfield, CT. The role focuses on building referral relationships, generating qualified leads, and converting prospects into ongoing clients, including promotion of a proprietary WELLNESS PROGRAM.

Role Overview

As an outside sales and marketing representative, you will develop a reliable pipeline through referrals and networking, manage client-facing outreach via phone and email, and promote Comfort Keepers Home Care services to both new and existing referral sources. You will also plan and document sales meetings and activities while tracking performance through weekly activity KPI reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client referral sources and the associated database
• Generate customer leads and referrals using the company’s proven sales process
• Build and maintain professional relationships with referral source partners
• Effectively convert prospects into clients
• Promote Comfort Keepers Home Health Care services to new and existing referral sources
• Plan sales meetings and activities through phone and email with an emphasis on time efficiency
• Meet sales objectives, document appointments, and provide weekly activity KPI reports
• Use effective networking strategies to generate referral relationship meetings

• Adept at communicating Comfort Keepers Home Care differentiating features and services and how they resolve customer needs
• Driver’s license (Required)
• Outside Sales (3 years) (Preferred)

Compensation

USD 70,000 - 80,000 per year
