Job Description

AMBROS Inc. is hiring a Marketing Tech to support the marketing team in Tamuning, GU, on a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Support the creation and assembly of point of sale materials, including cutting, sticking, mounting, and related tasks (on-the-job training provided).
  • Monitor and update inventory levels to ensure stock accuracy.
  • Receive delivered packages and verify invoices and packing slips against items received.
  • Stock shelves with products and maintain product visibility.
  • Assist with setup and breakdown of events as needed.
  • Prepare promotional items as requested by the sales team.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment in the sign shop and warehouse, keeping shelves, pallet areas, and workstations organized.
  • Perform routine maintenance and upkeep of equipment as needed.
  • Prepare promotional items for shipments to outer island branches and customers.
  • Report depleted products and stock issues to the Supervisor or Marketing Manager.
  • Support special events as directed by the Marketing Manager.
  • Assist with additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Full-time employment.
  • Hybrid remote work arrangement in Tamuning, GU 96913.
  • On-the-job training for POS materials and related tasks is provided.
