Full time Marketing Coordinator Event Management

AMBROS Inc. is hiring a Marketing Tech to support the marketing team in Tamuning, GU, on a hybrid schedule.

Support the creation and assembly of point of sale materials, including cutting, sticking, mounting, and related tasks (on-the-job training provided).
Monitor and update inventory levels to ensure stock accuracy.
Receive delivered packages and verify invoices and packing slips against items received.
Stock shelves with products and maintain product visibility.
Assist with setup and breakdown of events as needed.
Prepare promotional items as requested by the sales team.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment in the sign shop and warehouse, keeping shelves, pallet areas, and workstations organized.
Perform routine maintenance and upkeep of equipment as needed.
Prepare promotional items for shipments to outer island branches and customers.
Report depleted products and stock issues to the Supervisor or Marketing Manager.
Support special events as directed by the Marketing Manager.
Assist with additional duties as assigned.
