Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for residential, business, and enterprise services
  • Coordinate and run digital and traditional campaigns across multiple channels
  • Manage campaign calendars, budgets, timelines, and performance reporting
  • Track and optimize campaign effectiveness using established KPIs
  • Support product launches, service promotions, and subscriber acquisition efforts
  • Create marketing content for websites, social media, digital advertising, print materials, emails, and community publications
  • Ensure consistent branding across all company communications
  • Develop customer success stories, promotional materials, and educational content
  • Maintain and refresh website content to keep it accurate
  • Coordinate photography, video production, and graphic design projects as needed
  • Manage social media channels and content calendars
  • Develop and implement email marketing campaigns
  • Monitor website analytics and recommend enhancements to boost engagement and conversions
  • Assist with online advertising initiatives, including search and social campaigns
  • Leverage CRM tools to support marketing and customer retention efforts
  • Conduct competitor, market, and customer research to identify opportunities
  • Analyze customer behavior, subscriber growth, churn, and campaign performance
  • Prepare reports and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness
  • Stay informed about community needs and industry developments in telecom and broadband
  • Represent the company at community events, trade shows, fairs, and industry conferences
  • Coordinate promotional events, open houses, and customer appreciation activities
  • Support community relations that reinforce cooperative values and local presence
  • Build relationships with local organizations, schools, businesses, and leaders
  • Collaborate with customer service, network operations, sales, and leadership teams
  • Assist with grant-related communications and public awareness campaigns as needed
  • Perform additional duties to support company objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent combinations may be considered
  • Three to five years of experience in marketing, communications, advertising, or related fields preferred
  • Experience developing and delivering digital and traditional marketing campaigns
  • Telecommunications, broadband, cooperative, utility, or technology-industry experience is a plus
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and social media platforms
  • Knowledge of marketing analytics and performance measurement tools
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and marketing software platforms
  • Working knowledge of content management systems (CMS), website updates, and email marketing platforms
  • Preferred Canva or similar graphic design tool proficiency
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Creative problem-solving with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Willingness to travel across the service area and attend occasional evening or weekend events
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, and operate standard office equipment
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
