Marketing Sales Representative

American Marketing & Publishing, L.L.C is hiring an Outside Sales Digital Marketing Sales Representative to support small business growth through advertising solutions. This is an onsite role in Independence, IA, combining face-to-face outreach with phone-based selling, along with paid training and ongoing mentorship.

You will spend your time visiting local business owners, presenting advertising programs, and building momentum in a fast-moving sales environment where wins are recognized and development is supported.

What you’ll do

• Visit in-person small business owners and introduce marketing solutions designed to drive more customers
• Present and sell industry-leading advertising programs over the phone
• Participate in hands-on training with supportive teammates and managers
• Build relationships and celebrate wins in a fast-paced, high-energy sales floor environment

Compensation
