DRG Media offers a role designed for impactful relationship-building across its three Mobridge radio stations, with the support and flexibility to grow your sales and marketing capability while helping local advertisers succeed.

As a Marketing Sales representative, you will connect with businesses in the community, identify new opportunities, and close mutually beneficial agreements that support client growth. You will also help manage existing accounts, delivering creative solutions and campaign support that translate into measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients through warm calling, networking, and targeted outreach to generate new leads and expand the customer base
• Develop tailored strategies aligned with client needs to secure mutually beneficial agreements
• Provide ongoing support for existing customer accounts to foster long-term relationships
• Present creative solutions clearly and professionally
• Implement campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive sales growth
• Use CRM (Customer Relationship Management) to track interactions, manage pipelines, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement
• Close deals efficiently by creating win-wins while maintaining high client satisfaction

Requirements

• Strong verbal, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to identify and articulate client needs and solutions
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts at the same time while maintaining attention to detail
• Previous selling and managing experience is desirable, but not required
• Excellent analysis skills to assess client needs and develop strategic solutions
• Proactive approach and confidence performing warm calling and outreach
