Job Description

Bespoke House invites you to join as a part-time Marketing Manager in the travel sector, with a focus on hotels. This remote role is based in New York State and spans 20 hours per week, with availability for calls from 9 am to 1 pm New York Time. You will lead marketing campaigns for hotel clients and coordinate with creatives and developers to deliver strong advertising programs. The position offers a competitive hourly rate and paid time off, supporting a flexible, collaborative culture.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies with a monthly cadence across Google Adwords, Meta, and MailChimp.
  • Direct campaign optimization by analyzing booking performance data sourced from Adwords, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Meta, and hotel property revenue systems.
  • Diagnose conversion problems and implement fixes with support from developers.
  • Write concise marketing briefs and collaborate with creatives and developers to produce effective campaigns.
  • Contribute to email production as needed.

Requirements

  • One year of hotel or hospitality marketing experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze quantitative data.
  • Strong writing and brainstorming skills.
  • Marketing or computer science degree.
  • Travel experience.
  • Industry knowledge of hotel, resort, and boutique inn marketing.
  • BaseCamp project management (easy to learn).
  • Data analysis with Excel pivot tables or SASS.
  • Experience with Google Adwords and Google Analytics.
