Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager role at DripDrop Marketing supports the sales and marketing team through client-facing coordination, campaign reporting, proposal preparation, and ongoing campaign administration. This is a full-time onsite position based in Zephyr Cove, NV, with Monday through Friday office hours.

Location and Schedule

• Work location: Zephyr Cove, NV (onsite)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, full time

Compensation

Salary: USD 55,000 to 70,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with new client onboarding, including account setup and ongoing account management
• Run campaign performance reports and complete spreadsheet or database tasks as needed
• Prepare proposals for clients
• Interface with clients via email and phone
• Interpret and relay client requests to the appropriate parties
• Help ensure campaign deadlines are met
• Support campaign management activities
• Contribute to special projects

Required Experience and Skills

• 3+ years of agency or marketing experience
• Proficiency with AI tools such as Claude Cowork
• Strong organization and attention to detail, with responsibility and problem-solving aptitude
• Solid computer skills and comfort using MS Office
• Excel proficiency is required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Career minded approach and ability to work effectively as a team player
