Marketing Liaison - State Farm Agent Team Member

Dominick Abramo - State Farm Agent is hiring a part-time Marketing Liaison to help strengthen community outreach and social media presence across the Staten Island, NY and Bayonne, NJ area. This hybrid role combines remote work with in-office support, with responsibilities focused on networking, events, lead generation, and reporting.

Working with the agency team, you will help connect with local partners, support community visibility, and contribute to social media efforts that reflect the agency brand and engage the community. The position is part time, with a flexible weekly schedule and compensation based on experience.

Role overview

• Part-time Marketing Assistant role with a hybrid remote and in-office setup
• Supports community outreach and social media initiatives, including networking, events, lead generation, and reporting
• Based in Bayonne, NJ, serving the Staten Island, NY or Bayonne, NJ area

Key responsibilities

• Attend virtual and in-person networking groups to build professional connections and generate leads
• Plan, attend, and assist in organizing community events to increase agency visibility
• Support live lead generation through outreach and community engagement
• Collaborate on social media content that reflects the agency’s brand and engages with the community
• Build and maintain partnerships with local businesses and organizations
• Track and report on outreach efforts and results

What you bring

• Experience in marketing, networking, or community engagement
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment
• Proficiency with social media platforms and online event planning
• Resides in the Staten Island, NY or Bayonne, NJ area and can attend occasional local events

Compensation

• $18 to $22 per hour, based on experience
• Part-time schedule of 10 to 20 hours per week, with flexibility
