Marketing Liaison – House-Call Dentistry

In Motion Dentists is seeking a Marketing Liaison to support growth of its house-call dentistry program across assigned territories in La Verne, CA. This is a home care sales and marketing liaison role focused on building referral relationships, supporting families through the intake process, and promoting in-home dental care to seniors and medically complex patients.

Role Overview

The Marketing Liaison promotes house-call dental services to referral partners and families, helping connect patients with comprehensive in-home dentistry. The position combines weekly field relationship building, referral and lead follow-up, and hands-on assistance to ensure families and caregivers can schedule and onboard for care.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote house-call dental services to referral sources including hospitals, SNFs, assisted living communities, home health agencies, senior centers, and families
• Complete 50–60 weekly field visits to build relationships and educate referral partners
• Follow up on all referrals and leads
• Assist families and caregivers with scheduling and onboarding for in-home dental care
• Explain the benefits of in-home dentistry, including comfort, independence, and comprehensive care
• Represent the practice with warmth, professionalism, and empathy
• Track productivity using a company-provided iPad / CRM

Required Qualifications

• Experience in home health, hospice, DME, medical sales, or senior-care outreach
• Motivated, organized, reliable, and goal-driven personality
• Passion for helping seniors and medically complex patients access needed care
• Comfort speaking with discharge planners, social workers, and care teams
• Ability to travel locally throughout assigned territories
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

USD 22–24 per hour (hourly).
