Marketing Liaison

Rose View Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a full-time Marketing Liaison to strengthen referral partnerships and support growth across skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care services onsite in Williamsport, PA.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, discharge planners, and community partners
• Promote skilled nursing, short-term rehabilitation, and long-term care services
• Conduct regular visits to referral sources
• Represent the facility at networking events and community outreach activities
• Collaborate with the Admissions and Clinical teams to support timely and appropriate admissions
• Track referral activity and surface opportunities to increase census
• Stay current on market trends, competitor activity, and available community resources
• Support strategic marketing initiatives and business development planning
• Maintain accurate records of marketing efforts and referral outcomes
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, families, and referral partners

Requirements

• Prior marketing or business development experience in an SNF, nursing home, long-term care, or rehabilitation setting
• Proven success building and maintaining referral relationships
• Working understanding of post-acute care and Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance processes
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and organized with the ability to work independently
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel
