Job Description
Marketing Coordinator position based in Hot Springs National Park, Arkansas, supporting statewide branding, training, and campaign execution for McGraw REALTORS in Arkansas.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns
- Educate and assist associates with CRM tools and marketing technology
- Train and support real estate agents in achieving their marketing goals
- Build and manage social media advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads, Instagram, and other platforms
- Design marketing materials including postcards, flyers, broker opens, pop-bys, publications, social graphics, and branded collateral
- Create and maintain template-based websites and landing pages
- Lead and manage individual marketing projects from concept through execution
- Support local office and agent marketing requests across Arkansas
- Collaborate with a remote marketing team to execute statewide initiatives
- Assist with additional marketing and operational projects as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign and Illustrator
- Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Instagram, and social media advertising platforms
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently while remaining highly collaborative
