Marketing & Content Specialist

Faith Lutheran Middle School & High School seeks a dedicated Marketing & Content Specialist to drive outreach, enrollment, and community engagement from its on-site Las Vegas campus. This role collaborates with teams across the school to tell the community about the mission, celebrate its people, and strengthen brand visibility through thoughtful content, storytelling, digital communications, and events. The position centers on clear, values-aligned communication that resonates with families, staff, and supporters.

Responsibilities

• Assist marketing, communications, enrollment, and community engagement efforts through content creation, storytelling, digital communications, event coverage, and brand promotion.
• Collaborate across departments to articulate the school’s mission, spotlight its people, bolster enrollment initiatives, and deepen community engagement.
• Create engaging content across channels.
• Contribute to planning and execution of strategic marketing initiatives.
• Participate in a variety of communications and promotional projects.
