Marketing & Business Development Specialist (Bilingual Chinese/English)

NT Development seeks a Marketing & Business Development Specialist who is fluent in Chinese and English to support marketing, branding, events, and client relations from our Norwood, MA office.

Responsibilities

• Manage and create content for social channels including WeChat Official Account, Xiaohongshu (RED), video channels, website, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Prepare bilingual marketing materials, project descriptions, promotional content, newsletters, and press releases in Chinese and English.
• Design presentations, brochures, promotional materials, and branding assets.
• Support the company branding strategy and enhance market visibility.
• Assist in planning and executing investment seminars, real estate summits, networking events, project open houses, business dinners, and community events.
• Coordinate event logistics, guest registration, on-site operations, and post-event follow-up.
• Support post-event engagement and ongoing client relationships.
• Represent the company at industry and networking events.
• Support business development initiatives and help identify prospective clients and investors.
• Build and maintain client databases and long-term relationships; follow up on client needs and coordinate internal resources to provide support.
• Maintain relationships with partners, associations, media, and the broader community.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred (all majors welcome).
• Proficient in Mandarin and English; Cantonese preferred, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to travel locally.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, ChatGPT, and common business software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

• Base salary plus commission-based compensation structure
• $40,000–$70,000 per year
• Performance-based bonus
• Compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and overall fit
