Marketing Assistant

CarePatrol of North Shore is seeking a part-time Marketing Assistant to support community-focused outreach, marketing, and lead generation. This onsite role serves the Monmouth, Ocean, and parts of Middlesex Counties in New Jersey, helping connect with local professionals and organizations while maintaining organized follow-up processes.

Role Overview

In this part-time position, you will dedicate approximately 10–20 hours per week to activities that raise awareness of senior living, memory care, and home care resources. Work includes attending or coordinating community events, publishing event-related updates on social media, and tracking inquiries and their original sources.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with local professionals and community organizations.
• Support outreach, marketing, and lead generation efforts.
• Assist with community events, educational programs, and presentations.
• Identify relevant organizations and event opportunities for outreach.
• Coordinate event dates and invitations, and publish event-related content on social media.
• Coordinate follow-ups and keep organized contact records.
• Maintain a contact and follow-up tracker.
• Record inquiries and capture their original sources.
• Prepare a monthly report summarizing event and networking results.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, organized, and dependable working style.
• Comfort with networking, phone calls, and community outreach.
• Experience in marketing, sales, healthcare, or senior services is a plus.
• Ability to know who to connect with and how to reach the right people.

• Work location: Onsite and on the road across Monmouth, Ocean, and parts of Middlesex Counties, NJ
• Compensation: $18.00–$25.00 per hour
