Marketing Apprentice
Job Description
Goodwind Development Corporation seeks a Marketing Apprentice to join the Marketing team at Micronesia Mall. This onsite role in Dededo, Guam reports to the Marketing Manager as a regular full-time position with a 40-hour workweek, providing hands-on exposure to sales marketing, branding, and market analysis within the mall environment.

Responsibilities
- Execute a sales marketing plan for key accounts aimed at achieving targeted margins.
- Study the company profile to understand marketing needs and inform strategy.
- Leverage a range of marketing tools to produce promotional materials.
- Develop and reinforce the company branding and positioning.
- Prepare comprehensive marketing proposals and detailed plans.
- Stay current with new marketing technologies and industry trends.
- Analyze customer and market data to inform decisions.
- Collaborate with the team to develop new design concepts.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Solid understanding of marketing tools and technologies.
- Strong collaboration skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to comprehend written and verbal instructions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and various design software.
- Experience with market data analysis and research.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must be able to regularly lift more than 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to walk for extended periods.
- Ability to sit for long periods at a desk and work on a computer.

Apprenticeship Program Requirements
- Must be a US citizen or resident alien.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have resided in Guam for at least three consecutive years prior to entry into the program; Mayor's Verification must be submitted at hire.
- Must be able to attend a minimum of two classes per semester as identified by the program coordinator while maintaining a 40-hour work week.
