Licensed Marketing and Client Experience Coordinator
Job Description
This part-time hybrid role supports a referral-based residential real estate business in Centre County by coordinating client communication, listing marketing, referral follow-up, and social media. The position is based in State College, PA, with field coordination duties expanding once the selected candidate is licensed.
Role Overview
The Licensed Marketing and Client Experience Coordinator partners with the team to help maintain timely, on-brand communication with buyers, sellers, and referrals. Responsibilities include drafting client messages, supporting listing content creation, helping organize digital assets, and assisting with social media planning and posting. Once licensed, the coordinator also supports on-site real estate activities such as showings and open houses.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft client emails, follow-up messages, closing communications, and post-closing touchpoints
- Help maintain buyer and seller communication templates
- Support client appreciation efforts, including gifts, birthdays, home anniversaries, and referral thank-yous
- Assist with CRM/database touchpoints and referral follow-up processes
- Write and edit listing descriptions, property highlights, email announcements, and social media captions
- Assist with listing marketing, open house promotion, and property launch materials
- Help organize listing photos, floor plans, video links, Matterport links, and other digital assets
- Support social media content planning and posting
- Once licensed, assist with showings, inspections, open houses, walkthroughs, and vendor or property appointments
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania real estate license is preferred
- Candidates not currently licensed may be considered if willing to obtain their license
- Warm, professional approach and comfort interacting with clients
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, dependable, and proactive working style
- Comfort working with social media, email, CRM tools, Canva, or similar platforms
- Ability to learn and write in an established brand voice
- Interest in real estate, client service, marketing, and relationship-building
- Comfort entering homes, meeting vendors, and representing the business professionally
