You will also receive training to build expertise in a specialized equipment industry.

Location: Louisville, CO (onsite, in person)

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule: Stable weekday schedule

What you’ll do

  • Act as a primary contact for customers by phone and email.
  • Listen to customer needs and recommend appropriate equipment, parts, and solutions.
  • Prepare quotes, process customer orders, and follow up consistently on opportunities.
  • Coordinate with manufacturers and vendors regarding availability, pricing, and lead times.
  • Develop product knowledge across commercial pools, wastewater, water treatment, and related equipment markets.
  • Support marketing and outreach efforts including LinkedIn, email marketing, customer communications, and basic marketing initiatives.
  • Help promote company products, services, projects, and industry expertise.
  • Support trade shows, industry events, and other business development activities as needed.
  • Contribute ideas for practical ways to increase brand awareness and reach new customers.

  • Maintain accurate customer and order records and assist with general office needs.
  • Help keep the office professional, organized, and welcoming.

What we’re looking for

  • Some sales experience required, preferably in inside sales, customer service, B2B sales, or a related field.
  • Strong alternative: a highly motivated self-starter with the right attitude and work ethic may be considered in place of traditional sales experience.
  • Helpful experience with Microsoft Office, email, LinkedIn, social media, email marketing, or other digital marketing tools.
  • Pool, wastewater, water treatment, plumbing, mechanical, or industrial equipment industry experience is a plus, but not required.

Training, support, and benefits

  • Training in a specialized equipment industry
  • Opportunities to develop practical sales, marketing, and customer relationship skills
  • Dental insurance
  • Health insurance
  • Vision insurance

How you’ll work

You don’t need to be an industry expert on day one. The best fit is someone who is curious, organized, and professional, comfortable talking with customers on the phone, and willing to build real expertise over time. You stay on top of follow-up, can manage multiple opportunities, communicate clearly, and can work independently while contributing in a small-company setting.
