Experienced Esthetician

Radiant Skin Spa in Lutz, FL is seeking an experienced licensed esthetician to work onsite as an independent contractor with marketing support and per-service compensation.

• Job type: Contract (1099 independent contractor)
• Location: Onsite, Lutz, FL
• Pay: USD $30.00 - $75.00 per hour
• Expected hours: 12.0 - 24.0 per week

Responsibilities

• Provide services at the established day spa in Lutz
• Deliver excellent service quality and develop strong client relationships
• Communicate available days and appointment windows to accept services
• Accept appointment opportunities within stated availability based on client demand
• Maintain professional and sanitary treatment-room practices
• Provide consistently high-quality client experiences
• Communicate professionally with clients and the spa
• Educate clients on appropriate skincare, enhancements, home-care products, and relevant spa programs
• Maintain required professional license or registration and meet legal and professional requirements for services personally performed
• Not required to remain onsite when there are no scheduled appointments
• Agree to a mutually agreed booking availability mix:
  • Approximately 9:00 AM–3:15 PM
  • Approximately 3:15 PM–8:15 PM
  • Including holidays/holiday periods when demand is highest

Requirements

• Licensed esthetic professional with 2+ years of hands-on professional experience
• Active Florida credential authorizing the services performed
• Ability to independently perform the services accepted
• Knowledge of skin types, sensitivities, contraindications, sanitation requirements, and appropriate treatment practices
• Comfort educating clients on skincare, enhancements, home-care products, and relevant spa programs
• Professional communication with clients and the spa
• Maintenance of professional and sanitary treatment-room practices
• Mutually agreed availability within approximately 9:00 AM–3:15 PM and 3:15 PM–8:15 PM windows

Compensation structure

• Compensation is based on services actually performed (not hourly time)
• Tiered per-service compensation based on the treatment performed
• Additional compensation for eligible enhancements

Independent provider relationship

• Independent contractor role, not W-2 employment
• Providers may accept other professional opportunities and are not required to work exclusively with Radiant Skin Spa, subject to any lawful contractual obligations
• Final relationship, responsibilities, compensation terms, and operational expectations outlined in a written independent contractor agreement

Provider availability (booking windows)

• Day availability: approximately 9:00 AM–3:15 PM
• Evening availability: approximately 3:15 PM–8:15 PM

Selection process

• Qualified providers may be invited for an introductory meeting and hands-on skills assessment
• Assessment intended to confirm existing professional skills and services align with spa treatments
