Event Marketing Representative

The Restoration Guys LLC is seeking an Event Marketing Representative to serve as a visible, customer-facing part of the team at onsite promotional events throughout Valley View, OH. In this role, you’ll represent the brand in community settings, help create engaging attendee experiences, and support marketing decision-making with event-based insights. The position offers an hourly rate of USD 20/hour plus commission, along with structured training and ongoing mentorship.

What you’ll do

• Represent the brand at community events, trade shows, festivals, and promotional campaigns to help attract new customers and increase visibility.
• Run product demonstrations to educate attendees on features and benefits while creating a positive, engagement-focused experience.
• Collect information and data from event interactions to support marketing analytics and help plan future campaigns.
• Support branding efforts by setting up displays, distributing promotional materials, and keeping a polished presence throughout the event.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
• Represent the brand with confidence at public events, using public speaking skills to connect with audiences.
• Work to meet weekly goals.

What you bring

• Proven experience or interest in marketing, event marketing, or customer service (preferred but not required).

• Ability to demonstrate products clearly.
• Ability to memorize provided scripts for potential customer interactions.

• Reliable transportation required.
• Comfort working outside for extended periods.
• Ability to stand 5-8 hours a day.
• High school diploma or GED.
