Entry Level Marketing Representative

Jump into a full-time, entry-level W-2 field marketing role helping homeowners understand a free roof inspection and booking in-home estimates.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand in assigned residential neighborhoods
• Engage homeowners face-to-face in community settings
• Explain the free roof inspection service to prospective customers
• Schedule appointments for in-home sales estimates
• Complete day-to-day work outdoors and on your feet

Requirements

• Comfortable having face-to-face conversations with homeowners
• Positive attitude and strong motivation to succeed
• Professional appearance
• Great communication skills
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for trips between home and the office
• Ability to work 40 hours within 9am–7pm, Monday–Saturday

Compensation

• W-2 full-time position
• Hourly pay + commission + performance bonuses
• Average first-year earnings: $40,000–$70,000+

Schedule & Work Setup

• On-site role in Charleston, SC
• Availability required Monday–Saturday between 9am–7pm
• No overnight travel
• Team transportation provided from the office
