The Region Leads Manager for a residential roofing company oversees inbound lead management across multiple markets, focusing on lead-generation ROI and advising the President on growth strategy.

Responsibilities

Oversee inbound leads across all markets and convert leads into sales appointments.
Monitor return on investment for lead generation initiatives.
Manage all inbound leads categorized as investment-related.
Achieve targeted ROI benchmarks, such as a 20 percent lead-to-appointment conversion.
Provide proactive guidance to the President on growth strategy.

Requirements

Lead generation experience of 2 years (Required).
Relocate before starting work to Suwanee, GA 30024 (Required).
Work location: In person.
Job-related location requirement: Candidates must reside within a 25-mile radius.
