The Southern National Roofing team is seeking an entry-level, full-time Marketing Representative for a face-to-face field position in Columbia, SC. In this onsite role, you will work directly with homeowners to promote free roof inspections and help schedule in-home estimates.

Role Overview

This is a W-2, on-site marketing and sales support role focused on field outreach. You will operate in assigned neighborhoods, communicate with homeowners, and explain the free roof inspection service as part of a structured appointment and estimating process. The work is primarily outdoors and requires time on your feet.

Required Qualifications

Comfortable speaking with people face-to-face

Valid drivers license and a reliable vehicle to travel to and from the office
Ability to work 40 hours within availability between 9am and 7pm, Monday to Saturday

Compensation

The position offers hourly pay plus commission and performance bonuses. Average first-year earnings are listed as $40,000–$70,000+.

This is a W-2 full-time role.
