Entry Level Marketing and Sales Assistant

Three Cities Innovations offers a hands-on, on-site opportunity to build practical marketing and sales experience while supporting local campaigns and customer engagement. You will receive consistent weekly pay of USD 1,200 to 1,500 per week, along with performance-based bonus opportunities, paid time off (PTO), and paid training and professional mentorship to help you develop quickly. Responsibilities

• Support the execution of local marketing, sales, and customer outreach campaigns
• Communicate face-to-face with prospective and existing customers
• Learn about customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Explain product features, service options, promotions, and benefits clearly
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and clients
• Assist with brand awareness initiatives, promotional activities, and local events
• Provide professional follow-up and support throughout the customer experience
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and campaign activity
• Help track campaign results, customer feedback, and sales progress
• Conduct basic research on customer preferences, competitors, and local market trends
• Collaborate with team members to improve campaign performance and customer engagement
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development workshops
• Represent Three Cities Innovations and its clients with professionalism and enthusiasm

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age

Pay & Location

Pay: USD 1,200 - 1,500 per week (USD 1,200.00 - 1,500.00 per week)

Location: Killeen, TX (onsite). Work location indicated as on the road.
