Director of Marketing and Admissions

Paramount Health and Rehabilitation in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking an Admissions and Marketing Director to oversee the complete admissions workflow and manage external marketing activities. The position is onsite and centered on coordinating resident transitions while strengthening relationships across resident, family, professional, and community referral networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full admissions process from initial inquiry through intake at the facility
• Lead efforts to support resident census growth
• Own and execute external marketing functions
• Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, professionals, and community referral sources
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support seamless transitions
• Track admissions data and marketing outcomes to inform ongoing performance
• Represent Paramount Health and Rehabilitation at community events and networking opportunities

Requirements

• Experience in admissions, marketing, or case management within a healthcare or skilled nursing facility
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid, including 10a criteria, and insurance processes (preferred)
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Commitment to patient care and customer service
• Competitive drive to succeed, goal oriented, and ability to set high goals while working consistently to achieve them
