Job Description

Lead marketing analytics and planning to align forecasts, budgets, and performance targets across West Shore Home’s branch network.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary connection between Marketing and FP&A, supporting the Marketing team by creating and managing marketing forecast models.
  • Partner with senior marketing leaders to shape marketing strategy, budget planning, and performance expectations.
  • Use historical marketing performance to build long-term budget plans and forecasts showing spend and appointments per day by product vertical at each branch location.
  • Adjust marketing spend levels across marketing sources to keep spend close to budget and on track to achieve appointment targets.
  • Build data-driven forecasts that predict appointment and sales volumes generated by the marketing plan using historical performance data.
  • Train and develop Divisional Marketing Managers to manage branch-level marketing budgets with the goal of hitting sales targets at the lowest possible marketing cost.

Requirements

  • Authorization to work in the United States without requiring current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. West Shore Home does not and will not sponsor employment visas.
  • 5+ years of experience with forecasting and modeling for performance-based marketing.
  • Bachelor’s Degree (required).
  • Proven experience creating and executing efficiency improvement plans to streamline marketing budgeting and target-setting through automations.
  • Previous experience applying AI and ML in performance modeling and forecasting (preferred).
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (required), including significant analysis and data structuring.
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis and performance forecast modeling using analytics platforms such as Databricks and Power BI (required).

Purpose of Position

  • Manage marketing planning, forecasting, and budget alignment for all branches (40+).
  • Drive best ROI on marketing spend across the business and support achievement of company Net Sales targets.
  • Report to the VP of Marketing Planning and Analytics.
  • Oversee Divisional Marketing Managers.
