This onsite role owns the day-to-day execution of social, website content, and CRM journeys, supported by a collaborative environment with senior stakeholders and external partners.

You will build a consistent, luxury-aligned visual identity across touchpoints, maintain campaign momentum end to end, and use performance insights to improve growth, engagement, and lead generation week over week.

What you’ll do

  • Own One Beverly Hills’ social media channels (currently Instagram and LinkedIn), including executing strategy, scheduling, publishing, and community management as additional channels are added.
  • Develop and maintain a rolling monthly content calendar across active platforms, planning at least four weeks ahead and gathering approvals in advance.
  • Produce original content for social, including photography and short-form video (Reels, Stories, LinkedIn video), delivered to brief and deadline.
  • Independently plan, shoot, edit, and publish content across channels, including photography, short-form video, and graphics.
  • Self-direct on shoot days across Los Angeles and Beverly Hills.
  • Maintain and grow a personal asset library to organize photography and video for use across social, website, and CRM.
  • Continuously research competitor content and luxury brand benchmarks to keep outputs current and on-brand.
  • Own content across digital touchpoints on the One Beverly Hills campus, including kiosks and other digital screens.
  • Manage day-to-day website content via CMS, including landing pages, forms, and calls to action, coordinating with internal teams and external development partners as required.
  • Write and update website copy, coordinating with relevant project teams to keep content aligned and current.
  • Lead end-to-end execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns across website, microsites, CRM, social, paid media, events, and partner channels.
  • Coordinate campaign content, creative assets, landing pages, and email communications to keep the experience consistent across touchpoints.
  • Amplify PR and media coverage through owned digital channels.
  • Review performance weekly across social growth and engagement, website analytics, CRM engagement, and channel KPIs, translating findings into optimization recommendations.
  • Report monthly performance against engagement, lead generation, and business objectives.
  • Support SEO strategy, SEM, and paid social initiatives, collaborating with agency partners to grow organic visibility and improve campaign performance.
  • Support the Director of Customer Experience on broader GTM execution, including brand campaign rollouts and partner activations.
  • Act as the internal ambassador for One Beverly Hills channels, maintaining relationships with cross-functional teams, Aman, Beverly Hilton, and retail and restaurant partners for content collaboration.
  • Contribute to PR briefing documents and creative briefs as required.
  • Develop event content strategies, attend events for live footage capture, and execute post-event strategy to maximize reach and impact.

What you’ll bring

  • 3-5 years of experience in social media, content, or digital marketing, either at a brand or agency.
  • Proven experience growing and running social channels, with examples of content performance and a portfolio.
  • Expertise across Instagram and LinkedIn, plus working knowledge of TikTok, YouTube, and X.
  • Understanding of platform algorithms, formats, and content best practice.
  • Competence in short-form video: shooting, editing, and publishing Reels and Stories independently.
  • Experience using scheduling and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Later, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or equivalent.
  • Strong copywriting skills: captions, long-form posts, email subject lines, and website copy, with the ability to adapt tone across luxury hospitality, real estate, and lifestyle.
  • Photo and video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, CapCut, or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with CRM and email marketing platforms, with Hubspot preferred.
  • Experience managing website content through modern CMS platforms, preferably Contentful, or similar.
  • Understanding of SEO best practices, content optimization, keyword strategy, and digital performance measurement.

  • Knowledge of luxury brand positioning and the content standards expected in this category.
  • Self-motivated and organized, able to manage a content calendar and multiple deadlines.
