Digital Marketing Associate
Job Description
The Chicago Bulls seek a Digital Marketing Associate to support and own paid and owned fan marketing efforts for the 2026-27 season.
Responsibilities
- Build fan-facing campaigns for email, SMS, and paid social across initiatives including gameday communications, youth basketball programming, ticket sales, and special events
- Track, analyze, and report paid media performance across key platforms such as Meta, Google, and TikTok
- Own monthly billing and spend reports for paid advertising campaigns and other digital marketing expenditures
- Conceptualize and request creative assets (e.g., graphics, videos) and write copy for digital ads, emails, and texts
- Support on-site and gameday-related marketing initiatives and promotional activations as needed
Requirements
- Undergraduate education with a focus on Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a similar field
- Interest in learning digital marketing best practices in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Strong spreadsheet skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel) and proficiency in Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)
- Understanding of social media channels and content trends (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Direct experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager
- Creative and strategic thinking with the ability to develop fresh ideas
- Self-starter mindset with comfort taking ownership of tasks
- Team-first approach aligned with a positive culture
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a highly collaborative workplace
- NBA and/or sports fandom

Work Location / Schedule
- Location: Chicago, IL (onsite)
- Schedule: Flexible work hours; may require time outside normal office hours during the business week and on weekends
- Remote work: Full-time remote work not available
- Applicants should be currently located in or prepared to move to the Chicagoland area
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $20/hour
- Overtime: Eligible to earn overtime pay
- Relocation stipend: Available for candidates making a move to the state of Illinois
