Job Description

The Digital Marketing and Lead Generation Manager drives revenue growth through targeted digital marketing and high-value client acquisition, ensuring marketing efforts align with sales goals to accelerate business expansion. This on-site role is based in Fishers, Indiana.

Responsibilities

  • Manage campaigns, email outreach cadences, marketing automation, and CRM optimization to generate and nurture leads
  • Maintain messaging consistency across all channels, aligned with the brand, ideal customer profile, and buyer personas
  • Collaborate with the marketing agency and the CEO to shape strategic direction
  • Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing efforts, including content creation and distribution across social media, blogs, and other formats
  • Develop sales and marketing collateral in partnership with the sales team
  • Provide support for marketing and sales events
  • Leverage ZoomInfo for data mining and HubSpot for campaign management targeting prospects and existing customers
  • Lead opportunities through networking events to build UTG relationships and generate business
  • Ensure rapid handoffs of qualified opportunities to the appropriate Sales team member to accelerate cycles and maintain engagement
  • Respond promptly to inbound responses generated by outreach efforts

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Two to five years of experience in business development and digital marketing
  • Willingness to have measurable results, such as leads generated, be visible
  • Ability to stay ahead of digital marketing trends and leverage best-in-class tools
  • Experience understanding how businesses operate and how marketing tools drive outcomes
  • Working knowledge of The Challenger Sale framework and associated messaging approaches
  • Prior experience in the technology industry
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, both internally and with external partners
  • Comfort working in a fast-growing, scaling organization
