Data Analyst – Print Marketing

Gopher Sport is hiring a full-time Data Analyst – Print Marketing for an in-person role in Owatonna, MN. This position supports on-time, on-budget print advertising by turning marketing plans into execution-ready work, building and formatting mail data, and maintaining the systems that keep marketing data accurate and accessible.

Working from a strong analytics foundation, you will coordinate closely with internal and external partners while ensuring reporting is clear, accurate, and useful for print campaign performance. The role includes hands-on data management using SQL and Excel, along with vendor coordination to keep delivery on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate high-level print marketing plans into detailed, execution-ready project plans.
• Coordinate with print, paper, and list vendors to execute print campaigns flawlessly.
• Acquire and format large quantities of data from multiple data sources to target key segments with print advertising.
• Publish clear, insightful, accurate reporting on print advertising activities.
• Manage and maintain internal marketing data sources and data connections, including a SQL database, flat files, and web applications.
• Provide consistent access to complete, accurate, up-to-date marketing data for internal teams.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, statistics, math, economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a marketing, analytics, or other data-driven role.
• Strong Excel skills with experience working in large datasets.
• Ability to manage complex schedules with critical deadlines and multiple concurrent deliverables.
• SQL experience preferred.
• Experience in marketing or advertising environments preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

This is a full-time, in-person position with a salary range of $57,650 to $82,300 per year.
