Job Description

Urban Design in Paradise, CA seeks a Content Marketing Manager to lead the creation of engaging content across blogs, websites, social channels, and email campaigns. The role blends content development with SEO, analytics, and CMS management to grow audience engagement. This onsite position may be part-time or full-time with flexible hours and requires in-person work in Paradise, CA.

Compensation

Hourly rate: USD 24 - 35. Employment type: Part-time to full-time with flexible hours. This is an onsite role located in Paradise, CA.

Responsibilities

  • Create compelling written content for blogs, articles, website pages, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Perform keyword research to optimize content for search visibility and rankings.
  • Edit and proofread copy to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Publish and manage online content using content management systems, primarily WordPress.
  • Oversee social media by crafting engaging posts and monitoring audience interactions.
  • Analyze website traffic and engagement metrics with Google Analytics to refine content strategy.
  • Support the development of white papers, case studies, and other B2B marketing materials.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new content ideas and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in content creation, copywriting, or related fields is required.
  • A portfolio showcasing writing samples across multiple formats is required.
