Job Description

Konica Minolta Business Solutions, U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Content Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive content program from its Odessa, Texas campus. The role centers on creating a strategic content roadmap, producing engaging assets across multiple channels, optimizing for search, and collaborating with product marketing, design, sales, and customer success to drive growth and expand reach. Location: Odessa, TX (onsite). Salary: USD 72,500 - 129,145 per year. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Experience: 5+ years.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business goals, prioritizing audience needs, market trends, and competitive insights.
  • Oversee creation of high-quality content across websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and other channels.
  • Maintain consistency in style, tone, and voice across all content.
  • Apply SEO best practices to boost visibility and search rankings, including keyword research and optimization techniques to drive organic traffic and improve user experience.
  • Monitor content performance using tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot, translating data into actionable recommendations.
  • Provide regular performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting successes and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product marketing, design, sales, and customer success to ensure cohesive content efforts.
  • Guide and support external content creators and editors as needed.
  • Explore and implement new distribution channels to broaden reach and engagement.
  • Manage content launch dates and project deadlines with content calendars and project management software such as Monday.com.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • SEO expertise with the ability to stay current with optimization techniques and algorithms.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies.
  • Experience in the IT services industry is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Team-oriented, collaborative, and customer-focused, with strong cross-functional relationship-building skills.
  • Strong writing and editing abilities to produce engaging, story-driven content.
  • Data analysis skills using web analytics, keyword analysis, and A/B testing to inform strategy.
  • Technical proficiency with content management systems, SEO tools, and social platforms.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative solutions to content marketing challenges.
  • Project management skills with experience coordinating multiple initiatives; familiarity with content calendars and tools is a plus.
