Responsibilities

  • Direct Cadillac's influencer and creator initiatives across paid, earned, owned media and experiential programs.
  • Build a distinctive creator ecosystem that communicates Cadillac’s luxury, innovation, design, and performance in culturally resonant ways.
  • Design creator programs aligned with core business and brand priorities including prestige, cultural relevance, younger buyer connection, luxury perception, and performance credibility.
  • Act as the strategic lead for Cadillac influencer work, ensuring programs integrate with broader brand, social, communications, and experiential planning.
  • Guide the development of long-term creator partnerships that move beyond one-off activations toward enduring brand-building relationships.
  • Lead creator strategy for major tentpoles such as vehicle launches, prestige activations, motorsports storytelling, and Cadillac Formula 1 moments.
  • Shape creative, content, and amplification strategies to maximize impact across channels and audiences.
  • Manage agency partners and external collaborators to ensure strong strategic recommendations, operational excellence, and high-quality program delivery.
  • Align cross-functional stakeholders with clear objectives, deliverables, approvals, timelines, and measurement.
  • Define standards and operating methods for Cadillac creator marketing across teams and partners.
  • Establish KPI frameworks, reporting lines, and learning agendas to boost performance and demonstrate business value.
  • Inform planning and prioritization by identifying where creator marketing can best support broader Cadillac brand and business goals.
  • Translate Cadillac brand priorities into a creator and influencer roadmap spanning always-on storytelling, launches, cultural moments, and motorsports.
  • Identify whitespace opportunities, creator territories, and partnership models that differentiate Cadillac in luxury and performance spaces.
  • Advise on the right mix of creator tiers, formats, platforms, and partnership structures to meet brand and business objectives.
  • Guide stakeholders on evolving creator strategy to support future growth, relevance, and differentiation.
  • Oversee a portfolio of creator initiatives across campaigns, launches, events, and brand-building platforms.
  • Ensure creator work integrates with broader Cadillac narratives rather than existing as isolated activations.
  • Guide creator selection and partnerships with a strong focus on brand fit, audience value, influence quality, and long-term equity.
  • Maintain leadership oversight across briefing, contracting, approvals, content planning, launch readiness, optimization, and recap.
  • Act as a central connector across Cadillac marketing, social, communications, media, legal, experiential, fleet, purchasing and agency teams.
  • Foster collaborative workflows across teams with shared ownership to move creator programs with speed, rigor, and cohesion.
  • Represent influencer strategy in planning discussions and strengthen its role within Cadillac’s broader marketing ecosystem.
  • Support cross-market alignment where creator work intersects with Cadillac prestige and Formula 1 storytelling ambitions.
  • Lead agency direction and day-to-day strategic management of Cadillac influencer programs.
  • Reinforce governance that protects brand standards while enabling strong creative output and efficient operations.
  • Ensure creator programs meet legal, disclosure, safety, and brand compliance requirements.
  • Define success metrics, reporting processes, and program reviews to inform decision-making and future performance.
