Job Description

Hilton is offering a contract Brand Marketing Specialist role focused on Lifestyle, onsite in New York City. You will support multi-channel campaigns and loyalty initiatives, coordinate brand strategy, guide creative project workflows, and help launch or refresh Lifestyle brands, reporting to the Director of Lifestyle Brand Marketing. This position provides hands-on exposure to brand development, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic execution within a global hospitality brand.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in shaping and delivering strategic and tactical marketing plans aligned with brand objectives.
  • Uphold brand standards and ensure consistency across the category.
  • Support brand identity work, including project management, hotel collateral, photography, logo development, and compliance.
  • Offer strategic input for sales collateral, events, and sourcing branded promotional items.
  • Coordinate creative projects across the category to keep timelines and quality on track.
  • Manage critical digital channels within the category to maintain ongoing activity.
  • Engage in cross-functional initiatives and advocate for brand interests in interdepartmental projects and task forces.
  • Collaborate with HSM, Markit, and internal communications teams to ensure hotels have collateral and messaging is clear.
  • Contribute to key brand initiatives from concept through delivery.
  • Support category and department initiatives and participate in brand representation within task forces and cross-functional efforts.
  • Assist with launching new brands and refreshing existing ones across the category.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of brand marketing principles and multi‑channel campaign execution.
  • Ability to maintain brand standards and ensure consistency across multiple brands and channels.
  • Proficiency in creating presentations and working with spreadsheet applications.
  • Experience with online project management tools and workflow applications.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and represent brand interests in interdepartmental initiatives.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to support both high level planning and day‑to‑day execution.
  • Experience supporting brand identity work, including collateral development and creative asset management.
  • 2+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record of supporting the management and execution of marketing programs and partnerships.
  • 1+ years of experience using online project management software to monitor and manage defined workflows from beginning to end.
  • Experience overseeing marketing and promotional activities, including schedules, scope, and marketing budgets.
  • Experience in brand identity work and developing templates and playbooks for regional and hotel use.
  • Experience in all aspects of developing, executing, and analyzing marketing plans.
