Job Description

Senior Brand Marketing Manager responsible for defining and evolving a premium architectural brand identity for Lutron, based in Conshohocken, PA.

Responsibilities

  • Define and advance the brand's commercial identity for the high-end architectural segment, including narrative, tone, messaging architecture, and market positioning.
  • Create a unified identity framework that resonates with architects, lighting designers, developers, and enterprise stakeholders.
  • Ensure consistent, high quality identity execution across digital touchpoints, showrooms, and customer experiences.
  • Translate customer insights, market intelligence, and competitive analysis into clear positioning and go-to-market strategy.
  • Collaborate with Insights and Research to interpret findings and apply them to identity strategy and brand evolution.
  • Develop storytelling frameworks that guide campaigns, content strategy, and design community thought leadership.
  • Guide creative direction with communications and marketing teams to align with the identity strategy.
  • Shape the long-term marketing strategy and identity roadmap across commercial spec-grade segments.
  • Align messaging with customer archetypes and journeys in the architecture and design ecosystem.
  • Influence work across earned, owned, and paid channels to maintain consistency and impact.
  • Define and elevate the experiential presence at industry events, showrooms, and customer engagements.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Events to deliver immersive, identity-driven experiences that reinforce leadership in design and innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 10+ years in brand strategy, strategic marketing, customer insights, competitive intelligence, or storytelling oriented roles.
  • Experience in architecture, design, lighting, hospitality, luxury, or innovation driven industries is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to translate insights into strategic positioning, narrative frameworks, and creative direction.
  • Experience influencing senior leaders and aligning cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of the specification community and the commercial customer landscape.
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with the ability to inspire and align stakeholders.
