Brand Ambassador/Marketing Coordinator (Seasonal Part-Time)

We focus on delivering safe, reliable access to high-quality cannabis products at fair prices, and we seek a Part-Time Seasonal Brand Ambassador to help expand Sunrise visibility in the Ozarks. This hybrid role in Columbia, Missouri offers flexible hours, opportunities to engage with local communities, and a chance to contribute to a mission that values integrity, collaboration, and purpose.

Compensation for this position is $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, with part-time seasonal hours designed to fit a dynamic field schedule that includes travel throughout the Ozarks region.

Responsibilities

• Proactively visit local businesses, attend community events, and identify partnership opportunities that increase brand visibility and trust
• Develop and maintain relationships with neighboring retailers, hospitality venues, and community organizations
• Coordinate and support cross-promotional opportunities with local partners
• Represent the Sunrise brand at events, pop-ups, and community engagements throughout the Ozarks region
• Deliver engaging, education-driven interactions that promote brand awareness and customer trust
• Maintain strong knowledge of cannabis products, effects, and current promotions
• Distribute marketing materials and assist with promotional campaigns
• Support event setup, execution, and breakdown
• Gather market insights and share feedback from the field to support marketing and operational strategies
• Ensure full compliance with all state regulations, company policies, and event guidelines
• Contribute to a positive team environment while representing the brand professionally

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Eligible to obtain a Missouri Medical Marijuana Agent Identification Card
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing, approachable, and comfortable engaging with diverse groups
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the Ozarks region
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends
• Previous experience in promotions, events, retail, or customer service preferred
• Experience with community outreach, partnerships, or grassroots marketing is a plus
• Cannabis knowledge preferred but not required
