Admissions & Marketing Director
Job Description
The Admissions and Marketing Director at Maple Springs of North Logan oversees inquiries, admissions, and community outreach for a skilled nursing and senior living facility. This role serves as the primary contact for prospective residents, families, hospitals, and referral sources, supporting occupancy goals through relationship building and targeted marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries from hospitals, families, and referral networks.
- Lead facility tours and conduct resident assessments.
- Coordinate the admissions process from initial inquiry through resident move-in.
- Maintain accurate census data, bed availability, and referral information.
- Build and sustain relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, case managers, and local organizations.
- Plan and execute community outreach and marketing activities to boost referrals and occupancy.
- Monitor inquiries, admissions, and marketing efforts and prepare required reports.
- Collaborate with nursing, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure smooth admissions and transitions.
- Support the development of marketing materials, events, and community education programs.
- Stay informed about Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, and applicable regulations related to admissions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Two years of experience in admissions, healthcare marketing, sales, or community relations may substitute for education.
- Experience in senior living, skilled nursing, healthcare, or rehabilitation is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and build professional relationships with referral sources and community partners.
- Basic computer proficiency, including email and data management.
