Job Description
NeuPerspective Academy seeks an Administrative and Marketing Assistant to support the launch of professional educational services by coordinating operations and driving community outreach. This onsite role based in Leesburg, VA, bridges administrative duties with marketing activities to help the organization grow its educational programs.
Responsibilities
- Marketing Outreach: Lead local marketing campaigns targeting schools and community centers in Leesburg and Ashburn, and manage social media content with Canva familiarity preferred.
- Enrollment Management: Respond to family inquiries, schedule campus tours, and oversee the student registration pipeline.
- Compliance Admin: Maintain digital files for business licensing, staff background checks, and student health forms.
- Operational Support: Assist with vendor coordination for services such as internet setup and office supplies, and manage the professional calendar and day-to-day office operations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years in administrative or marketing roles.
- Strong proficiency with Google Workspace and major social media platforms.
- Excellent written communication for professional outreach to parents and schools.
