Trainee Event Marketing Assistant

Role Overview

As a Trainee Event Marketing Assistant, you will engage with shoppers and event attendees to create a strong first impression, explain product features and benefits, and contribute to daily and weekly sales goals. The role includes hands-on training and regular coaching to support your development in sales, communication, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with shoppers and event attendees to deliver a friendly, confident first impression.
• Communicate key product features and benefits clearly and enthusiastically to potential customers.
• Work toward and exceed daily and weekly sales targets.
• Assist with setting up and maintaining branded event stands, product displays, and pop-up kiosks.
• Collaborate with your team to support smooth event operations and maintain a high-energy atmosphere.
• Attend regular training sessions to build skills in sales, communication, and customer service.

Compensation and Pay

• Weekly Pay plus Uncapped Commission
