The Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist

The Marketing and Graphic Design Specialist is responsible for promoting programs and events, crafting visual materials, and maintaining the district’s online presence across its affiliated entities in Grand Forks. The role coordinates media shoots, represents the district at community events, and keeps websites and marketing software up to date.

Summary

The position oversees marketing promotions, graphic design, signage, and online presence for the Grand Forks Park District and its entities, including King’s Walk Golf Course, Lincoln Golf Course, Choice Health & Fitness, and the Grand Forks Parks & Recreation Foundation. It also coordinates video and photography shoots and serves as a district representative at community events, while maintaining websites and marketing software systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage marketing promotions, graphic design, signage, and online presence for the district and its entities (King’s Walk Golf Course, Lincoln Golf Course, Choice Health & Fitness, and the Grand Forks Parks & Recreation Foundation).
• Assist in graphic design and ongoing maintenance of promotional materials.
• Coordinate video shoots and photo shoots as part of marketing campaigns.
• Represent the district at community events and committees.
• Update all organizational websites and other marketing or project software systems.
• Contribute to a marketing team that executes activities for the Grand Forks Park District, recreational programs, special events, and all affiliated entities.

Pay and compensation

• Annual salary: USD 52,000 per year
• Hourly pay: From USD 25.00 per hour
• Pay policy: DOE (depends on experience)
